The effective date of this Privacy Policy is 2026-09-19.
Controller identification, contact, and effective date
Neijiang Yuezhou E-commerce Co., Ltd. commits to describing VinylX as it actually operates: an adult community that keeps member writing on the Android handset, with one outbound HTTPS request when a legal page is opened. This Privacy Policy states that commitment in enforceable language.
The controller of personal information for VinylX is Neijiang Yuezhou E-commerce Co., Ltd. The published postal address is No.14 Rong'an Lane (112), Dongxing District, Neijiang City, Sichuan Province. Privacy correspondence is received at cs@yuezhouecom.com. That mailbox is the channel for access, correction, deletion, and export requests, and for a parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted something the controller actually received.
Data Protection Officer and privacy contact
There is no separately named data protection officer. Mail that a resident of the European Union or the European Economic Area would send to such an officer is received at cs@yuezhouecom.com.
VinylX is reserved for persons eighteen years of age and older who obtain the package from Google Play. Minors must not use VinylX.
VinylX does not charge inside the package and does not offer subscriptions or a paid catalog on Google Play. Members use local writing tools; they are not asked to buy digital goods through this application.
Material scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to VinylX as distributed on Google Play for Android. It covers the controller named above, the on-device community, and the HTTPS request that returns the legal page the holder opened. It does not describe other websites, other applications, or stores that Neijiang Yuezhou E-commerce Co., Ltd. does not operate through this package.
VinylX is a local community for people who collect vinyl records. Members keep shop visits, search paths, comments, conversations, and companion notes on the Android handset in their possession. Posts, comments, chat, and buddy matching are written to local SQLite storage. People who share that handset and read a local thread are not a third-party company.
VinylX does not present a sign-in screen and does not keep a remote member profile, because the community lives in local storage on the handset you hold. There is no hosted account and therefore no account-deletion flow. Removing the application or clearing its storage on Android erases local files. If the controller actually received a record, write to cs@yuezhouecom.com.
VinylX's Google Play Data safety form and this Privacy Policy are meant to tell the same story about collection, sharing, purpose, and whether a given practice is required or optional for the product to run.
Categories of personal information
Personal information is described here by source. The controller does not invent a remote profile from these materials.
What you write in VinylX stays in local storage. Posts, comments, chat lines, and buddy-matching notes are stored as SQLite records on the handset. Those records are processed so the installed community remains readable after you close a screen. They are not transmitted to Neijiang Yuezhou E-commerce Co., Ltd. as a first-party backend.
Photos / Videos are not collected by the controller. After an optional tap, a still from Camera or a picture chosen through the system Photo Picker remains in application storage with the local post. VinylX does not upload, send, or receive that still. Video capture is not a function of this package.
Microphone audio is not collected by the controller. After an optional tap, a spoken remark remains with the local post. VinylX does not upload, send, or receive that audio.
App activity is not collected by the controller. Lists, consent marks, and similar working files that VinylX writes so a screen can reopen remain on the handset; that local bookkeeping is required for those screens to reopen. They are not sent to the controller as usage telemetry.
The only personal information that leaves the handset is those logs created when you open a hosted legal page, as disclosed under recipients. Location is not requested. VinylX does not operate cloud AI, so no remote model receives post text. VinylX does not read an Android advertising identifier, and it does not collect a Google advertising ID.
Device permissions for Camera and Microphone
Camera is invoked only after you tap the capture control. That still remains on the device. Camera is not in the background. You may revoke Camera in Android Settings. After you revoke it, that capture stops. Local text features continue.
Microphone is invoked only after you tap the voice control. The spoken remark remains on the local post. Microphone is not in the background. To stop later recordings, open Android Settings, find VinylX, and switch Microphone off; typed comments and chat still work.
Neither permission is a licence to transmit media. Granting Camera or Microphone lets VinylX complete the tapped action on the handset. Declining or later revoking the permission leaves comments, chat, and buddy matching available as text.
After a tap, you may also pick an existing picture through the system Photo Picker. That pick is not a separate runtime permission named in this notice. The chosen still stays in local storage with the post you are writing.
Grounds for processing personal information
This section states the grounds for processing and the purposes that those grounds support. When the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies — including when you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area — those grounds are the legal bases for that processing: performance of a contract, legitimate interest, and legal obligation as described in this chapter.
Making the installed community function—local posts, comments, chat, and buddy matching on this Android handset—is necessary for the performance of a contract with you.
Neijiang Yuezhou E-commerce Co., Ltd. has a legitimate interest in reading a privacy request that arrives by email and in refusing abusive correspondence that would overwhelm that mailbox.
Where a competent authority issues a binding demand that concerns records the controller actually holds, a legal obligation may require a written answer. Community posts live on the device. The controller can speak only to records that can actually be identified.
Personal information is used to keep local threads readable, to return the three legal texts when you open their links, and to answer mail sent to cs@yuezhouecom.com about records the controller holds. VinylX does not process personal information to build a remote advertising file.
Recipients of personal information
Disclosure is described by recipient.
Tapping the hosted privacy page, the user-agreement page, or the children's page from the handset sends an encrypted HTTPS request. A hosting provider records HTTPS server logs of that visit. The host uses those logs to return the three legal texts after those links are opened. No other recipient category is engaged for that request.
Sharing does not occur for buddy matching, comments, or chat, because those threads stay in local storage on the phone.
Neijiang Yuezhou E-commerce Co., Ltd. does not sell personal information processed in connection with VinylX for money or other valuable consideration.
Personal information is not sent abroad by VinylX except the HTTPS request that returns the three legal texts named above. The controller does not operate a separate overseas content store for posts.
If law requires disclosure of records the controller actually holds, the controller will limit that disclosure to what the demand covers. That duty does not convert local SQLite threads into a hosted archive.
Rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability
You may write to cs@yuezhouecom.com to exercise the following rights in the order stated. The controller will respond within 15 business days to requests that concern records it actually received. Identity may be asked for only to the extent needed to locate those records. Local files are under your control on the handset.
Access. You may ask what personal information the controller holds. For VinylX, that holding is typically limited to whatever of those logs the operator can still identify. Local posts, comments, chat, and buddy matching can be read in the application itself.
Mail cs@yuezhouecom.com when a held record is wrong. Name the inaccurate or incomplete personal data and the accurate replacement; the controller will apply rectification to files it actually keeps. Handset-only text is yours to edit locally, because no remote copy of that writing exists.
Erasure. You may delete a local post, comment, or chat line in the application. You may uninstall VinylX or clear its storage in Android Settings to remove remaining local files. You may also ask cs@yuezhouecom.com to delete personal information the controller actually received. There is no account page to close, because there is no hosted account.
Portability. You may copy or export local writing from the handset by the means Android and VinylX provide on the device. If the controller holds identifiable logs, you may ask for a copy of what can still be found by writing to the same mailbox.
These rights apply to personal information the controller processes. They do not require the controller to reach into another person's handset. Where the GDPR applies, lodge a complaint; the supervisory authority for habitual residence, workplace, or alleged infringement in an EEA Member State will take it.
Technical security measures
Security is described first by technical controls, then by the limits of those controls.
The request that returns this notice travels over HTTPS. Local writing is stored in SQLite in VinylX application storage. Camera stills, picker pictures, and spoken remarks that you attach to a post remain in that storage. The controller does not operate a first-party content cluster that would receive those files.
Access to the privacy mailbox is limited to personnel who need to answer a request. The controller does not promise that any electronic system is immune to interference. You remain responsible for the lock screen and the physical custody of the handset that holds local storage.
If you believe personal information the controller holds was compromised, write to cs@yuezhouecom.com. The controller will investigate records it can actually find.
Retention and deletion by category
Retention follows the type of record.
Local posts, comments, chat, and buddy-matching notes remain in local storage until you delete them, clear application storage, or uninstall VinylX.
Stills from Camera and pictures chosen through the Photo Picker remain with the local post until that post is removed or the application data is cleared. They are not retained by the controller as a remote Photos / Videos set.
Spoken remarks remain with the local post for the same period. They are not retained by the controller as remote Microphone audio.
Working files treated as App activity remain until storage is cleared or the application is removed.
Those logs, generated when a hosted legal page is returned, are retained by the host according to its operations. No numbered deletion period for them is published here. Write to cs@yuezhouecom.com about any such record the operator actually received. Deletion of local files is immediate upon uninstall or clear; mailbox requests follow the 15-business-day response stated above.
California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act
People who live in California can use the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). VinylX does not share personal information for advertising. They may email cs@yuezhouecom.com to confirm whether personal information about them was collected or shared, and they may ask for access, correction, or deletion of what the controller holds.
The no-sale statement in the recipients chapter applies to California residents. Because VinylX does not run advertising, California "share" for advertising is not a processing activity of this package. A California resident who wants to opt out of selling personal information may email cs@yuezhouecom.com with that request, even though VinylX does not sell it. A request from a California resident is handled through the same mailbox and the same 15-business-day response.
Virginia residents under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act
Virginia residents are covered by the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) to the extent that Act applies to the limited records described in this Privacy Policy. Targeted advertising, sale, and profiling do not apply to VinylX. There is therefore no opt-out workflow for those three activities, because the package does not perform them.
A Virginia resident who wishes to ask what personal data the controller holds, or to request correction or deletion of what was actually received, may write to cs@yuezhouecom.com. Local threads remain on the handset and are removed by deleting content, clearing storage, or uninstalling VinylX.
Restriction as to persons under eighteen
VinylX is for people 18 and older. It is not directed to children. Minors must not use this application. Neijiang Yuezhou E-commerce Co., Ltd. will not take in personal information from anyone it knows is below eighteen. Vinyl notes on the handset belong to the adult who installed the copy.
VinylX leaves children's sensitive identifiers uncollected. A child's biometric data is uncollected as well.
VinylX screens were not designed for children. The listing was not marketed to children. Vinyl collecting screens are not aimed at children. Child-focused features are absent from this Android package.
A parent or guardian may write to cs@yuezhouecom.com to request access to, deletion of, and stopping the processing of children's information the controller actually received. Local files on a handset are removed by uninstalling VinylX or clearing its storage.
Publication of a revised Privacy Policy
Neijiang Yuezhou E-commerce Co., Ltd. may amend this Privacy Policy when VinylX's practices change. The revised text will be posted at the same in-application and hosted location, and the effective date at the head of the notice will change. Continued use of VinylX after that date constitutes notice that the current edition applies. Material changes that affect how personal information is processed will be reflected in both this notice and the Google Play Data safety form so the two remain consistent.
